The idea for # MonthOfMindfulness Challenge came from a desire to help people develop their mindfulness one day at a time. Too often I hear how a person just doesn’t have time to do one mindfulness. Each day I share a new mindful task to try so that you can see it don’t take loads of time and how being mindful can make you feel better.
Below you will find 30 days of mindful tasks. Take one day at a time and mindfully develop your own practice. Include your class, colleagues and/or family. It can kick start your road to mindfulness that will support your on-going health and well-being and the health and well-being of those around you.
